Project 3: Things to do for the final...
After the most recent play-test, here are some feedback for the models and animations:
Unfortunately, as a group, we have to ditch the female character, as the texturing took longer than expected, and we are fast approaching the final presentation. This is quite sad on my behalf as a lot of time and effort has been put into developing this character. However, it was fun and I learnt a lot from...

Project 3: Research on Crash Test Dummies
After showing some of my previous models to members of my group, feedback included that I should make them look more mechanical or crash-test-dummy-like. Right now, my models look too human-like. Taking this feedback into account, I did some research on precedents in how I want my following models to look like.

Project 3: Things to learn .
Okay, I’m picking up new tips as I progress through this project. Mostly to do with getting the topology of character modelling right. As I am creating the basic models for the game, I feel that it is my responsibility to absorb good modelling techniques as much as possible. Project 3: Role and Platform Selection

I am also helping out in animating the manikins. Thus, I will need to export the models from Maya and into Blender to do the animating.
We have chosen to use Unity as the platform for the game, and...

Turntable test.
A few issues to fix:
Video quality (might have to do with the current format).
Sequence looping should go more smoothly. This might have to do with the keyframing for the Time Remap in Adobe After Effects.

Logic for the Bumble Isopod in the Blender game...
Here are some controls I’ve set for my model in the Blender game engine:
Up Arrow: Triggers the model to walk, and move forwards.
Down Arrow: Model walks backwards.
Left Arrow: Model rotates 1 degree to the left while walking.
Right Arrow: Model rotates 1 degree to the right while walking.
Space bar: Model jumps on the current location.
B: Model bends.
The model will always go back to...
